Heavy Snow At Last...

The long anticipated heavy snow came at last yesterday evening. There were a few small snowfalls during January but didn't last long enough for me to take photos of :p so here goes some of them for the snow storm this time round :)

It's snowing again as we're going home after finishing our errands for the day.

From my house door. The walkway's been shovelled and cleared by the house owner and his son.

That's all in one day. Somehow after walking in the snow, trudging and shuffling slowly, careful not to slip and fall, I rather wish that the snow will melt asap. It's so hard to walk especially with the snow being 3-4 inches high. Like once you step down on it, it will sink further down and make it extra hard for you to pull your feet up and take another step. It's so super tiring just to take a few steps!! Aargh. Fine I'm just bringing out some bad parts of snowing that's all. Just want to let people know that snowing does not only has the fun side, it also has very very bad consequences after all. Cancelled flights, packed airports. Flooded streets, muddy sidewalks. Blocked roads, stuck cars. Haha and I just witnessed from one window of my house how one van got stuck in the middle of the road because of the pile of snow. Vrooom, vrooom, vroooomm! And it stil can't get out until the driver came out and kick away the snow :p Luckily, I don't drive, yet :p
