About Prelims...

I did very badly for prelims, even worse than last few exams. Little wonder, right? Being the impossibly dumb me, no matter how hard I work, I'll never get my desired results. Note, MY desired results are just a minimum of C and D, that's all. Nothing higher, I know my own standard. But, I don't think I can even scratch past E's. Maths is a confirmed O, from the fact that I've lost 73 marks out 100 in paper 2.

"It's a sad, sad situation." I can't help singing this verse nowadays whenever I receive my papers back.

Oh yeah and I just found the perfect English name for myself - Dumbo. Cute right? Dumbo Ng. If you don't know what it is, it is the name of the cute cute flying elephant in a cartoon. Watched when I was still quite young last time. Anyway, it portrays me pretty well huh? Dumb--- :p

Lastly. Today is far's 18th birthday. Happy Birthday Far!! Will be seeing you later anyway ;)

I can't wait for 4th of July to come! I'm heading home that night on a 11.55pm plane from JFK airport!! Praise Be To God...

Things have really been working in my favour for these past couple of weeks. From every small little thing, to every major issue, all the outcome has been making me smile and thank God from the depths of my heart. First. I was really worried about my class schedules for the Fall semester. I was 'forced' to take an evening lab for Physics and another evening lab for Biology due to all the closed afternoon classes. A voice in my head told me not to give up checking for empty slots, since there's always a possiblity that somebody changed their schedule or dropped that class or whatever. So I did. Every single day. And I was really, really blessed to find a seat empty in the Monday afternoon Biology lab :) For Physics, on the other hand, the department added new afternoon labs on Wednesdays mainly due to the overwhelming number of students taking Physics next Fall, so yay I jumped immediately into the class :) Thank the Lord!
