Shopkeeper for a day...
taking over aunt's job just for the day...been looking after our shop since after lunch...lucky there's nothing much to do today...picked up a few calls, gave mom's name card to one passerby who's interested to do facial here...felt so embarrassed when i didn't even know the price of a normal facial!! i remembered how much mom used to charge but not sure whether she raised the price liao or not...so i just told the woman i don't know...how stupid i must have looked la!!
that's the few things that i needed to do...the rest of the time?? spent online....though this time not busy looking for Ming Dao's stuff liao...searched for 郭敬明 at last on the net!! it's been on my mind for quite some time liao...just that i forgot everytime i went online :p so stupid of me to forget that there's this thing call e-book nowadays...since i don't have $$ to buy the book, i can still read online right?? hahaha!! so HAPPY!!! so in the end, kept downloading the chapters from 幻城...the only novel of his that i haven't read yet...aahh...will start reading tonight!! aihh..i'm not exactly satisfied though...i would rather read from the actual book itself...got feel mah...oh i'm just reminded of the essay question set for us for Common Test...something something the joy of reading from a book can never be replaced by the internet...yup something like that...and i'm feeling particularly strong about this issue now...haha!! if asked to write the essay now, it should be a breeze for me!! no problem man! :p
in the next room, sis is busy watching 还珠格格2....and the vcd was borrowed from mom's friend since last year la!! left it in the corner for one whole year before we actually watch it now....lucky mom haven't return him and he never asked for it :p at least it's keeping sis entertained while she's waiting for a job...at least dad's trying to make her work la :p she doesn't really want to work...not because of laziness...she's just plain scared!! and well her cantonese...ermm let's just say she still haven't master the dialect...yet...( probably won't ever be able to if she still refuses to go out and actually use it!)
shall end by complaining about malaysia's tv channels....so few worthy shows to watch!! the rest all local malay shows!! and there's only 我猜我猜我猜猜猜 on 8tv on sundays 8.30pm!! what about 综艺大哥大?? i missed the 183 club one just on the week i came back ipoh!!! grrr!!!! and also what about 康熙来了?? yesterday was happily watching 冒险王 on 8tv...then halfway through the whole channel just went blank!!! I WAS SO ANGRY LA!!! but...aihh...never mind la...there're still some compensations ;) i can listen to cantonese songs and watch Hong Kong dramas without dubbing again!!! for a month only though -.- must treasure this holidays...when next year comes, whew...the scary year of A levels that my friends had just been through in another way( STPM )....must pia like mad lu!!
for the time being , i shall just indulge myself with more of GJM's moving words and touching storylines...shall prepare myself mentally to cry tonight...
