Learning Festival
thanks to this learning festival...there were no lessons yesterday and today...instead all students were made to sign up at least four courses to attend...the courses offered are, in my opinion, very useful, but guess it's not so to some others....
well...signed up for Impress At First Sight, Power Point Presentation Workshop, both yesterday and Earrings-Making, Gift-Wrapping Ideas for today...but hehe...due to the long periods of free time in between the courses, i crashed some other courses too...like for yesterday French Is Fun( i got to taste some really nice French bread free :p) and today Mind-Mapping Workshop...i would so love to take part in everything!! but i can't obviously...so i had to make do with those that i signed up....*thinking about--dumplings making, tennis!!, balloon sculpture, japanese, thai, german, entrepreneurship, salsa, alot alot more!!*
glad to learn new things for these two days...the earrings i made are very nice for my standard as a beginner, i can speak a bit of French now "Bonjour", "Excellent (Ayk-say-lant)", i know what things about girls that turns guys off and vice versa, i can wrap a pen in present paper pretty well now and my mind-mapping skills are greatly improved (i'm determined to use mind-maps to study now :p) well about the powerpoint workshop...i didn't really pay much attention to it...was having a severe headache...so...a pity that i didn't learn things from it after wasting my time on it :(
conclusion: i'll take up courses after A' levels to improve myself, i'm going to stretch myself further....you'll never know how much you can achieve until you try...
